10 E3 2018 Trailers you might have missed

  • Every year, thousands of gaming fans come together to see what the best games developers have been dishing up for our gaming needs. And this year was no different.  The 3-day event at the Los Angeles Convention Center saw an abundance of outstanding trailers. So many in fact that it’s often easy to miss one out. But have no fear, we’ve assembled a list of 10 E3 trailers you might have missed from this year’s event!

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Last year Fire Emblem: Warriors marked it’s release as Intelligent Systems’ long-awaited debut on the Nintendo Switch, albeit after being confirmed as a spin-off. However, this year fans were on the edge of their seats as the Japanese developers announced a full-fledged game as their sixteenth main title of the strategy series. The Fire Emblem: Three Houses trailer features the four playable protagonists: Byleth, Claude, Dimitri and Edelgard. Fans will be happy to be reunited with the formula that has worked so well thus far.

Days Gone

Although not released at the event itself. This is a title not to be overlooked. Sure, fans have already seen gameplay footage of Days Gone. The upcoming Action-Adventure game which is currently being developed by SIE Bend Studios, the developers behind the popular series Syphon Filter. But what we saw on Monday was a glimpse of brilliant story build-up as well as the games stunning visuals.

Days Gone will be available on PlayStation 4 on February 22, 2019

Ori And The Wills Of The Wisps

Moon Studios revealed their second trailer for Ori And The Wills Of The Wisps at this years E3. The sequel to the 2015 title Ori and the Blind Forest sets to carry on with the prequel’s winning formula of combining innovative platforming gameplay, gripping storytelling with a spectacular visual style.

Ori And The Wills Of The Wisps will be available on Xbox One and PC in 2019

Unravel Two

Not only did EA announce the sequel to the widely popular game Unravel, but they also confirmed the rumours earlier this week and released the game at their EA Play conference. EA specified that cooperation will now feature in the sequel. As players will have the option to embark on a solo adventure or play with a friend in the new co-op mode.

Unravel Two is out now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC

Fear The Wolves

Vostok Games are comprised of some of the developers responsible for the popular PC series STALKER. The developers aim to bring their unique take on the current battle royale craze in a post-apocalyptic setting of Chernobyl. Fear The Wolves brings radiation exposure, a day/night cycle, dynamic weather and well WOLVES to the battle royal scene in what looks to be an exciting prospect.

Fear The Wolves will be available on Steam Early Access this summer and in 2019 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4
